Terms of Service

1. The Service

1on1 is a meeting management platform for structured one-on-one sessions between managers and direct reports. The service includes meeting templates, session tracking, AI-powered insights, action item management, analytics, and calendar integration.

2. Accounts and Access

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
• The person who registers an organization becomes the initial admin and is responsible for managing users and billing.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You must not share accounts between multiple individuals.

3. Plans and Billing

• The Free plan includes up to 5 users with basic features at no charge.
• Paid plans (Pro, Enterprise) are billed per user per month. Prices are listed on our pricing page and may change with 30 days notice.
• Free trials, when offered, convert to the selected paid plan at the end of the trial period unless cancelled.
• We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods. You may cancel at any time, and access continues until the end of the current billing period.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to access data belonging to other organizations
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the hosted service (the open-source codebase is available separately under AGPL v3)
• Use automated tools to scrape or overload the service
• Upload malicious content or attempt to exploit vulnerabilities

5. Your Data

• You retain ownership of all content you create on the platform (session notes, action items, templates, etc.).
• You grant us a limited license to process your content solely to provide the service, including AI analysis features you opt into.
• You may export your data at any time through the platform or by contacting support.
• Upon account deletion, your data is permanently removed within 30 days as described in our Privacy Policy.

6. AI Features

Our AI features (session summaries, sentiment analysis, action item suggestions) are provided as assistance tools and should not be treated as professional advice. AI outputs may be inaccurate. You are responsible for reviewing and acting on AI suggestions at your discretion.

We do not use your data to train AI models. Session content is sent to Anthropic's Claude API for real-time processing only.

7. Open Source

The 1on1 platform source code is available under the GNU Affero General Public License v3 (AGPL v3) at github.com/aibaza/1on1. The hosted service at 1on1.works includes additional infrastructure, support, and managed services not covered by the open-source license.

8. Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings. Upon termination, your rights to use the service cease immediately, and data deletion follows the schedule in our Privacy Policy.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Romania. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Bucharest, Romania.
